Description
Our free range, Karoo GI certified half-lamb is beautifully cut, portioned and individually packed in a sealed box. We hand-deliver it to your door.
This half lamb box contains:
6 packets of chops (4-6 chops per pack, 400–600g* each).
3 packets of stewing meat (approximately 450g each)*
1 whole rib (approximately 800g)*
1 whole leg of lamb (approximately 2kg)*
Our lamb is packed and immediately frozen.
As the lamb is reared on the veldt, bear in mind that the size and weight varies according to the conditions on the ground. Larger carcasses are produced on lush veldt. Therefore the total weight of our half lamb box can vary between 6.5kg to 9kg.
