Our beef mince is grown freely on the Karoo veld. The herd roams on the grassy foothills of the higher lying Karoo, with hardly any human intervention. The fat to meat ratio in the mince is around 1%, classifying it as lean mince. You can add this clean, hormone free, uncompromised family staple to your menu with confidence.
