Delivery Areas
CLEAN. offers weekday delivery of frozen meat products across:
- Cape Town Metropolitan area
- Stellenbosch
- Paarl
- Franschhoek
- Wellington
- Gordon’s Bay
We deliver directly from our Karoo-based operation, via our depot in Brackenfell, to your home, ensuring the cold chain remains intact from our farm to your freezer.
Delivery Schedule
We provide deliveries from Monday to Friday, subject to the following cut‑off times:
Weekday Orders
- Orders placed before 16:00 SAST (Monday–Thursday) are delivered the next day.
- Orders placed after 16:00 SAST roll over to the next delivery day, but one.
Weekend Orders
- All orders placed on Friday or over weekends are automatically scheduled for Monday delivery.
Delivery Conditions
- All products are delivered frozen and must be placed in a freezer immediately upon receipt.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
- CLEAN. cannot be held responsible for product quality deterioration due to delayed collection or failed delivery attempts caused by customer unavailability.
Returns Policy
Because we sell frozen food products, we cannot accept returns for health, safety, and regulatory reasons.
However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or unsatisfactory, you may log a quality concern.
Reporting a Faulty or Unsatisfactory Product
If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Our team will assess the claim and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
